A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. An additional $2.00 handling fee is charged on every order.
Q: Are there going to be more PokitPals®?
A: Yes, with many in the process of production in many new categories. Be sure to sign up to receive new information about new releases. You can always opt-out from these notifications, but why would you want to do that?
Q: I am a Retailer and would like to know how I can sell PokitPals®?
A: First, you will be required to have a Reseller/Wholesale Certificate which needs to be faxed to 1-866-865-3738. Click the side bar on the left to take you to the form used to register you as a dealer.
